MAS9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

The MAS9 platform (mas9.bet) is operated by a registered company holding a valid business licence. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services provided by MAS9, including but not limited to slots, Live Casino, table games, roulette, and Sports Betting.

MAS9 reserves the right to modify, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the MAS9 platform following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

MAS9 reserves the right to request identity verification from any Member at any time. This includes a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or bank statement for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

To register for and use the MAS9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years of age and above at the time of registration
• Resident in or accessing the platform from Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings
• Has never previously been banned by MAS9
• Register under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited

Each individual is permitted to open one (1) account only at MAS9. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and all balances — including winnings — may be forfeited. MAS9 reserves the right to use IP tracking, device, and payment information to detect duplicate accounts.

MAS9 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian digital payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

MIN The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit varies depending on your membership tier and payment method used.

TIME Successful deposits will be credited to your MAS9 account within 2–5 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact MAS9 customer support with proof of transaction.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from legitimate sources of funds. MAS9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity related to a deposit.

MAS9 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per request
• Standard processing time: 1–6 hours from the time the request is submitted
• Processing time for VIP members: Up to 30 minutes
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (regular members) / RM 200,000 (VIP members)

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. MAS9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

MAS9 does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond MAS9's control.

MAS9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as specified. The specific terms of each promotion will be stated on the respective promotions page.

General MAS9 Bonus Principles:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only and is not available to anyone who has previously registered
• Standard rollover requirements range from 15× to 30× bonus amount varies depending on promotion type
• The bonus validity period is typically 7 to 30 days from the credit date
• Only one (1) active bonus is allowed at any given time unless otherwise stated
• MAS9 reserves the right to void any bonus if its conditions are not fulfilled within the stipulated period
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash

Games That Count Towards Rollover:

Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Slots typically count 100% toward the rollover, while table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack may only count at 10%–15%. Please check the specific terms of each bonus for more details.

All games available on MAS9 — including slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Casino Hold'em, as well as Sports Betting on football, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to their respective game rules.

MAS9 uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited and certified by independent international certification bodies for all slots and RNG-based table games. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair.

• Any technical issues that arise during an active game session must be reported to MAS9 immediately via live chat
• MAS9 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions on the user's end
• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure as confirmed by MAS9
• MAS9 reserves the right to void any disputed bets and refund the stake amount in the event of a proven technical failure

For live casino games, the table rules set by the service provider (such as Evolution Gaming or Playtech) apply. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before joining a table.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MAS9 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Money laundering: Using MAS9 to process or conceal funds derived from illegal sources
• Payment fraud: Using another person's bank card, e-wallet, or account without authorisation
• Bonus exploitation: Using systematic techniques to exploit bonuses, including deliberate bonus hunting
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any scripts, bots, or software to play or place bets automatically
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or MAS9 staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through your bank after a deposit has been successfully made to MAS9
• Support abuse: Filing false claims or providing inaccurate information to the MAS9 support team

MAS9 takes member privacy seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of members' personal data is governed by MAS9's separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Data collected includes registration details, payment information (no full card details are stored), transaction history, game history, and device information. All data is stored on secure servers with full encryption.

MAS9 will not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties except:

• Required by law or a valid court order
• For fraud prevention or identity verification purposes
• With the member's explicit consent

MAS9 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, MAS9 cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions.

MAS9 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from game outcomes that did not go in your favour
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond MAS9's control (force majeure)
• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or technical issues on the user's end
• Unauthorised use of your account by a third party resulting from your own failure to maintain account security

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure. MAS9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to protect their login information.

MAS9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Reporting fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Inaccurate or false registration information
• A legal ruling or request from a relevant authority
• Request by the member themselves

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting MAS9 customer support. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

In cases of closure due to a violation, MAS9 reserves the right to withhold all balances and pending winnings until the investigation is concluded. If fraud is confirmed, all balances may be fully forfeited.

MAS9 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via:

• In-platform notification upon login
• Email to the registered address
• Announcements on the MAS9 homepage

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated. Members who continue using the MAS9 platform after the effective date are considered to have accepted all such amendments. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
